You can make changes or updates 24 hours of placing your order. Simply click “Contact Us” at the bottom of any page to reach our customer service team, then let them know the changes you want to make. If it has been over 24 hours, kindly initiate a return with our customer service team and place a new order for the desired item.

Within the first 24 hours of placing an order you can ask for the shipping address to be changed. To do this, contact our customer service team with the order number and the new address you’d like the order shipped to. Just click “Contact Us” at the bottom of any page.

Yes, we ship to P.O. Boxes.

We process and ship orders within 3 to 5 business days.

We accept returns on unworn, unwashed items in new condition within 30 days of when the item was shipped. To make a return, contact our customer service team through the “Contact Us” link at the bottom of any page. Please provide the order number and the item you would like to return, and they will issue a free return shipping label.

No, Loomstate offers free returns on all orders.

Unfortunately, we don’t offer exchanges, but you can return an item and place a new order for the item or size you would like instead.

It can take about 7 days for us to process the return and issue a refund. If it has been more than 7 days and you have not received your refund, please contact our customer service team with the order information and the items that you returned. Just click “Contact Us” at the bottom of any page.

No, we can only make a refund to the original account. If you had to close that account, we are still able to issue the refund.

We make our selections based on the sustainability impacts of the materials by confirming their origin, mode of manufacturing, social and labor conditions. All of them must meet strict guidelines.

Wash them in cold water using a gentle detergent, with like colors. Do not use bleach or Oxy Clean. If possible, store them out of direct sunlight. Also, Loomstate designs that use natural dyes can be sensitive to acids and should be spot cleaned with cold water as soon as they are stained. Follow any additional instructions on our products.

We work with factories to gather manufacturing data in key areas including environmental management, energy, water use, wastewater, carbon emissions, and total waste. We use this data to assess impacts and recommend how the factory can improve. Today, one of our biggest factories in India runs in large part on solar energy. Not only do we strive to be better, but we try to get everyone we do business with to be better as well.

We want to make sure that the factories we work with share our values, so we check each factory’s sustainability practices, social and labor practices, production quality, and pricing. We also review the factory’s male-to-female ratio, because we support gender diversity in the workforce.

We conduct audits, we are in constant communication with our factories, and we visit our factories regularly.
